Payment Timing
- Initial: Payment is processed at the time of paid plan registration.
- Subsequent: Payment is processed at each renewal cycle (monthly or annually) of the selected plan.
Delivery Time
Available for use immediately after payment is completed.
Returns and Cancellation (Unsubscription)
- Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds based on customer convenience are not accepted.
- In cases such as prolonged system downtime attributable to us, as defined in our Terms of Service, we may provide refunds calculated on a daily pro-rata basis for days not served.
- Cancellation: You can cancel from the "Settings" screen of the Service, at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
- After Cancellation: Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.
